We also collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns to improve our services. We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session and preferences.

Provide and improve our career tools, including AI-powered resume enhancement, ATS scoring, mock interviews, and career advice. Generate personalised salary benchmarks and company intelligence relevant to your profile. Facilitate warm introduction requests through our professional network. Send transactional emails such as deadline reminders and follow-up nudges (which you can disable in your notification settings). Process payments for Pro and Premium subscriptions.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (powered by PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies that ensure you can only access your own data. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Resume content and career data sent to AI services (Claude by Anthropic) for processing are not stored by those services beyond the duration of the request.
Our company intelligence, salary data, and network contact information are proprietary datasets maintained by Outscored. This data is presented to users in aggregate or anonymised form. Individual contact details within our network are never shared directly with users — introductions are facilitated through our team.
You may access, update, or delete your personal data at any time through your Profile settings. You can export your resume data or request a full data export by contacting us. You can delete your account, which will permanently remove all your data from our systems.
If you are located in the European Union, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to restrict processing.
